Edward Campbell M Sc Real Est, B Sc (Hons), Dip Financial Planning, MSCSI, MRICS, MCIArb-AM, MII-CM is a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer with over 30 years’ experience in private practice working in Ireland and the UK. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Red Book Registered Valuer) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland he sits on the society’s panel for the Assessment of Professional Competence and is a member of the SCSI/RICS Valuation Professional Group.
He is also a Chartered Arbitrator, a Certified and Accredited Mediator, a Harvard Law School trained Negotiator and acts as an Expert Witness in disputes involving planning law, property rights and real estate valuation.
He is an adjunct lecturer in property valuation, landlord and tenant law, compulsory purchase, property economics and planning law at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and DIT Bolton Street and is currently a lecturer in Maths and Economics at NUI Galway.
